Staff Training & Development

ASL believes in human development as the key to social development, crime free environment and happy living.

All applicants will be professionally trained as approved by the Security Industries Authority. These in-house trainings include Introduction to Security Profession, Self Defence, Safety First, Fire, Riots, Report Writing and Communication Skills, among others.
Preference will be given to applicants possessing certificates from National Security Training Institute.
ASL will monitor employee’s commitments and performances and selected employees will undergo external trainings / courses in other fields beneficial to ASS needs.
