Police Clearance – ASL believes in criminal free employees. All applicants must produce police clearance report duly verifying the applicant is free from any criminal records.
Character Reference – ASL believes in employees who can live communally regardless of nationality, creed, or tribe. Applicants must produce 3 character references from a LLG Ward Councillor, Church Minister, and a Community Leader of high and reputable standing within the community.
Medical Clearance – ASL believes in healthy living. All applicants must produce Medical Clearance from a competent General Practitioner or from a recognised Medical Officer.
Physique – ASL believes in strength to defend. All applicants must be physically strong and fit to defend himself, ASL clients and ASL in times of trouble and calamity.
Christian Principles – ASL believes in strong Christian Principles. All applicants must be God fearing, of sober habits, and of unquestionable integrity.
Code of Conduct – ASL believes in Moral and Ethical Values. All applicants must possess moral and ethical values in life. A Code of Conduct shall be signed by all employees.
